Steel commercial building under construction at golden hour, red iron structural frame partially clad in charcoal panels

Our Story

About Iron Forge Buildings

Trust Is Forged, Not Given.

We didn't start Iron Forge Buildings because we wanted to sell steel buildings. We built this company because we believed customers deserved a better experience.

Trust Is Forged, Not Given.

At Iron Forge Buildings, we believe trust is earned long before the first steel beam is manufactured.

It begins with honesty.

It grows through communication.

And it's strengthened every time a company chooses to put its customer's interests ahead of its own.

Unfortunately, that isn't always how this industry works.

Iron Forge Buildings was created after I experienced firsthand how complicated and frustrating buying a metal building could become. I believed customers deserved a clearer, more honest, and more supportive way to build.

Like many of our customers, I wasn't looking to start a steel building company — I was simply trying to build one.

What I expected would be one of the easiest parts of my commercial brewery project quickly became one of the most frustrating.

I learned that buying a steel building isn't just about selecting the right dimensions or color.

  • Engineering
  • Permitting
  • County approvals
  • Financing
  • Civil plans
  • Scheduling
  • Utilities
  • Construction

And countless moving pieces that are often outside the customer's control.

None of that surprised me. Commercial construction is complicated.

What surprised me was realizing that not every company is built around helping its customers succeed.

When permitting delays, engineering revisions, or financing timelines stretched beyond anyone's control, I expected partnership, communication, and patience.

Instead, I discovered that some companies shift the financial burden of those delays onto the customer — even when manufacturing hasn't begun and the customer has no ability to move the project forward.

That experience changed everything. I realized there had to be a better way.

So instead of accepting the way the industry often operates, I built the company I wish I'd hired.

Our Mission

Why Iron Forge Buildings Exists

Iron Forge Buildings was founded on one simple belief:

Customers deserve a partner — not just a supplier.

We work directly with trusted American manufacturers to provide premium, engineer-stamped steel buildings while guiding our customers through every stage of the journey.

We understand that projects evolve.

Permits take time. Engineering changes happen. Banks request additional documentation. Construction schedules shift.

Those realities shouldn't damage the relationship between a customer and the company they've trusted. They should strengthen it.

That's why we measure our success by the relationships we build — not simply the buildings we sell.
